Returns and Credits Policy
To return any product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Send your order ID and a Complete description about what exactly is the cause of the return.
1) Return shipping, insurance, and handling are the responsibility of the customer.
2) Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.
3) Once the item has been used, it is not returnable.
4) Any claim for incorrect shipment or faulty or damaged goods on delivery must be made within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods.
5) Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
6) The product will only be accepted for exchange/credit if received in sellable condition.
7) The product must be returned in the original sealed package to be accepted for replacement or credit.
8) A restocking fee will apply to any product returned for reasons other than defects or damage.
